We are an audio electronics company specializing in professional wireless audio products, audio accessories, and technical solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of audio electronics who enjoys helping customers and solving technical problems.
Position Summary
The role will be a support contact for customers, providing product information, technical support, order assistance, and troubleshooting guidance. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about audio electronics, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. They’ll also be supporting other managers in other departments when need for customer support decreases.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for audio electronic products.
Assist customers with product selection based on their specific needs.
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
Coordinate with production and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
Create and maintain customer support documentation and FAQs.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
Support other departments when required
