CLIENT EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Pay: $18/hour for first 90 days, then $20/hour after 90 days (based on meeting role expectations)
Hours: 15–25 hours/week
Event Support: 1 event/month (2/month in busy season), scheduled in advance
Travel: Occasional local/regional travel for events, deliveries/pickups, and support

We’re hiring a Client Experience & Operations Assistant to support our Founder directly. If you love staying organized, making things look polished, and you get real satisfaction from checklists and clean systems, you’ll fit right in. This role is a mix of desk work, showroom upkeep, occasional travel, and scheduled event support, so no two weeks feel exactly the same.

Works closely with the Operations Lead for feasibility and operational inputs (timing, turnarounds, warehouse realities)

Responsibilities
Quotes & Client Documentation
Draft quotes based on finalized selections and pricing guidelines
Prepare client-facing logistics emails using approved templates
Maintain organized client files, notes, and documentation
Batch work for review and approval (quotes, schedules, communications)
Shipping & Logistics Coordination (Internal System)
Create and update shipping/logistics records in our internal system
Build shipping timelines and travel schedules for shipments and deliveries
Track outbound and return dates, deadlines, and status updates
Flag shipping risks early (tight turnarounds, timeline conflicts, delivery constraints)
Keep shipping details aligned with order information and client instructions
Order Support (Inventory & Accuracy)
Ensure approved quote details align with order records (dates, quantities, notes)
Prepare order print-outs, pull sheets, and packing lists for internal use
Keep internal notes clear, consistent, and helpful for the team
Showroom Readiness
Maintain a clean, organized, client-ready showroom
Reset tables/displays after appointments using TableMade standards
Ensure samples are returned, labeled, and shelved correctly
Flag damaged, missing, or low showroom items to Operations
Event Support Requirement
This role includes hands-on event support at least one event per month, and up to two events per month during peak season. Support may include delivery and pick-up assistance, on-site event execution support, scullery support, or a combination depending on weekly needs. Event support shifts are scheduled in advance, with duties assigned and procedures followed.
Schedule
Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week
Weekday-focused, with scheduled event support (1/month; 2/month in busy season)
Compensation
Pay: $18/hour during the first 90 days (training/ramp-up period). After 90 days, pay increases to $20/hour based on meeting role expectations. Compensation is reviewed annually at 12 months based on performance, consistency, and business needs.
Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs during event support shifts
Must have reliable transportation for on-site showroom support, scheduled event shifts, and occasional local/regional travel
Valid driver’s license preferred
Comfortable with occasional travel for events/deliveries as needed (scheduled in advance when possible)
Highly organized, detail-driven, and dependable
Comfortable working from templates, checklists, and repeatable processes
Strong written communication and follow-through
Calm under deadlines and high-volume weeks
Experience in events, hospitality, rentals, admin support, shipping/logistics, or scheduling tools is a plus
Comfortable learning and using internal scheduling and shipping tools (CRM/order platforms a plus)
