Benefits
$8.00 – $11.00/hr pay + pay increase available after training
Flexible work schedule
– During training: Candidates will work 10-20 hours per week
– After training (2 – 4 weeks): Candidates regular work week will consist of 10-30 hours per week

Responsibilities
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment
Working in a large commercial building
Dusting: Removing dust from surfaces like furniture, shelves, and decorative items using a cloth or duster
Wiping: Cleaning surfaces such as countertops, tables, and windows with a cloth and appropriate cleaning solution to remove dirt and grime
Vacuuming: Using a vacuum cleaner to remove dirt, dust, and debris from carpets, rugs, and upholstery
Sweeping: Using a broom to gather and remove dust, dirt, and debris from hard floors
Dust mopping: Using a dry mop to collect dust and small particles from hard floors, often used as a preliminary step before wet mopping
Mopping: Cleaning hard floors with a wet mop and a cleaning solution to remove stains, spills, and grime
Bathroom cleaning: Sanitizing and cleaning bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
Pulling and relining trash cans: Emptying trash cans and replacing the liners with new ones to maintain cleanliness and prevent odors
De-arming and setting the alarm
Operable cell phone for receiving and sending calls and texts
Flexible work schedule
Responsible for consigned keys/badge
