Cleaning Operative

Focus Cleaning Services is seeking a proactive and organised Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our growing team based in Manly Vale, with operations across Sydney.

This is a full-time leadership position overseeing residential, Airbnb, and commercial cleaning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple locations
Coordinate staff schedules and job allocations using internal systems
Conduct quality inspections and on-site staff supervision
Train and onboard new cleaning staff
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
Respond to client requests and resolve issues professionally
Support recruitment and performance management of cleaning staff
About You:

Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning team supervision
Strong communication and time management skills
Hands-on approach and ability to lead by example
Experience using scheduling platforms (e.g. ZenMaid, Deputy) is an advantage
Valid driver’s licence required
Qualification in business, management or hospitality is desirable
Salary:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,150.00 – $80,000.00 per year
