Operations Supervisor (Cleaning) – Sydney Working Holiday Visa Welcome

We’re a New Zealand company that has just launched in Sydney, and we’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to help build the business from the ground up. You’ll be our second local hire, giving you real ownership and the chance to grow with the company.
We welcome applicants on working holiday visas who plan to stay in Sydney for the long term.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
You’ll be:
Leading and supporting a team of cleaners across Sydney
Hiring and onboarding new team members
Troubleshooting issues on-site and ensuring smooth nightly operations
Managing quality and client expectations
What’s Included:
Company car
Phone and laptop
Access to a coworking space
Clear pathway into Account Management (high earning potential)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
Shifts typically between 2:00 pm – 1:00 am
Occasional Saturday shift (approx. 4 hours)
Location
Sydney, NSW (travel between client sites required)
