About Us:
Shine Cleaning is hiring cleaners available to start immediately. We are a fast-growing, premium residential cleaning company based in Montreal, with expansion into new cities. Our customers love our service, and we focus on delivering consistent, high-quality cleanings with a strong emphasis on professionalism and reliability. We mainly clean homes and apartments, with a mix of recurring and one-time services.
Two Flexible Work Arrangements Available
Short-Term – under 6 months:
Mostly one-off services, including deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleanings
Flexible schedule – work when you want
Great for those looking for temporary or supplemental income
Long-Term – 6 months or more:
Regular recurring services and predictable schedule
Stable income for planning and consistency
Opportunity for pay increases and priority scheduling based on performance
What we offer:
Excellent Pay for contractors, $28-30/hr and above
No admin work – We take care of invoicing, scheduling, and customer service
Flexible work hours – work within school hours or work around other commitments
Unlimited work – we can assign work in your preferred areas and schedule
Ongoing work available – earn as much as you want based on your availability
Mix of recurring and one-time clients
Ideally, you need to have:
Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, hotel, etc.)
Valid work authorization in Canada
Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Smartphone with data access
Able to pass a police background check
Basic cleaning supplies (preferred)
Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
Rémunération horaire supérieure à la moyenne avec sécurité d’emploi et satisfaction

Nous sommes une entreprise de nettoyage résidentiel haut de gamme en forte croissance basée à Montréal, avec une expansion vers de nouvelles villes. Nos clients adorent notre service, et nous mettons l’accent sur des nettoyages constants et de haute qualité, avec un fort professionnalisme et une grande fiabilité. Nous nettoyons principalement des maisons et des appartements, avec un mélange de services récurrents et ponctuels.
Deux types de collaboration flexibles disponibles :
Court terme – moins de 6 mois :
Principalement des services ponctuels, incluant les grands ménages et les nettoyages d’emménagement/déménagement
Horaire flexible – travaillez quand vous voulez
Idéal pour un revenu temporaire ou complémentaire
Long terme – 6 mois ou plus :
Services récurrents réguliers et horaire prévisible
Revenu stable pour planification et constance
Possibilité d’augmentations de salaire et de priorité dans l’attribution des contrats selon la performance

Capacité à passer une vérification des antécédents judiciaires
Produits de nettoyage de base (préféré)
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à maintenir des standards de qualité élevés
