Cleaning doctor is growing our team and are therefore seeking experienced and professional two (2) Cleaners on a full time permanent position with minimum granted 30 hours to help us set new standards of excellence in Waikato region at the rate of $29-$32 per hour. Job Description:
As an experienced cleaner you will be instrumental in our mission to Raise the Bar in the cleaning industry. Your professionalism will play a key role in establishing our reputation as a company that provides its exceptional cleaning services.
Responsibilities:
Perform a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency.
Build and maintain client relationships
Operating water blasting and high-pressure cleaning equipment to clean buildings, driveways, pathways, exterior surfaces, vehicles, walls, roofs, and other structures.
Using appropriate cleaning solutions, detergents, degreasers, and treatment products to remove dirt, mould, grease, stains, and other contaminants.
Preparing and setting up work areas safely, including positioning equipment, barriers, signage, and safety controls.
Operating and maintaining water blasting equipment including hoses, pumps, tanks, nozzles, and related tools.
Performing routine checks of cleaning equipment and reporting faults, maintenance requirements, or safety issues.
Ensure that residential and commercial spaces are cleaned to the highest standards.
Expertly use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals as needed.
Demonstrate unwavering attention to detail to achieve impeccable results.
Communicate effectively with clients to address their unique cleaning requirements.
Uphold professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Adhere unwaveringly to safety protocols and guidelines.
Report any issue at the site or with client to the manager without delay
Any other duty assigned related to job
Qualification and Experience:
Proven experience as a professional Cleaner is preferred but not necessary or a willingness to be trained to a professional standard
No qualification required
Appropriate training will be provided to right candidates
Requirement
Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
Physical stamina and the capability to handle cleaning equipment safely.
A positive attitude and an unyielding work ethic.
Preferred to have Class 1 driving license or equallent if overseas
Benefits:
