Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Operative to support a growing Padel club in Chigwell. This role suits someone who’s comfortable with early starts and enjoys keeping active, outdoor‑adjacent spaces clean and welcoming.
Hours & Schedule
6 hours per week, split across two working days
Start time: 05:00am
Hours are likely to increase as the site continues to develop
About the Role
Cleaning walkways around the courts
Cleaning court glass
Tidying and cleaning a small café area
Working independently in the early morning before the club opens
Employment Options
PAYE employment with rolled‑up holiday pay
OR self‑employed, with a valid UTR and proof of other ongoing work
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early‑morning shifts
Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards
Ability to work independently and proactively
Pay: £13.50 per hour
