Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across various apartments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept tidy, sanitized, and presentable, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for visitors. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to maintain health standards
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a polished appearance
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Maintain a professional attitude while working independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment preferred
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety guidelines
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
