Class Observation Specialist
to join our team and lead exciting school projects across India!
What Youll Do:
Plan and Coordinate: Manage various school projects, ensuring seamless communication between our internal team and customer schools.
Travel and Observe Classes of other Teachers: Visit customer schools, track project progress, and conduct class observations to provide valuable insights.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal technical team of data analysts, operations team members, and programmers, and educators to deliver projects and enhance our solution.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: Up to 5 years of relevant experience, especially in class observations, teaching, and
school coordination.
Skills: Strong planning, coordination, and IT skills (Google Forms, Excel). Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Mindset: Open to learning, unlearning, and re-learning. Ready to embrace new perspectives and
innovative teaching methods.
Flexibility: Willing to travel pan-India and adapt to different communication platforms (email,
Zoom, WhatsApp, presentations).
Work mode: Hybrid mode.
