Job Summary

Incompass is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for local and regional container drayage and Flatbed routes out of the Houston area. This is a 50/50 split pay position with steady freight, home most nights, and weekends off (optional weekend work available for extra miles).

We are looking for experienced, safety-focused drivers who know their way around the Houston and Gulf Coast ports. Drivers must have a valid TWIC card and at least 2 years of port experience.
