Job Description
Join our team as an OTR Driver and get paid what you're worth! Including stop, detention, layover, hazmat, and holiday pay!
Company Driver Pay
• Solo Company Driver - Starting at $.50 CPM (ALL LOADED AND EMPTY DISPATCHED MILES), $.01 raise at 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, and more.
• $80,000+ Per Year
• Longevity Pay - We reward our drivers to stay here. Our 5 year drivers earn $+3,000+
• Stop pay - $20.00 per stop
• Detention pay: Automatic pay (with on time arrival) after first 2 hours of $10.00 per hour to a maximum of $100 in any 24 hour period.
• Layover pay: After 24 hours is $50.00
• Hazmat pay: $50.00 per every placarded load.
• HOLIDAY PAY 5 Holidays - Christmas, New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving & Labor Day (Eligible after +0 days employment)
• If driver is home and not under a load: $50.00
• If driver is home and is under a load: $100.00
• If driver is on the road and eligible for a load: $100.00

• Out 3-4 weeks, earning one day at home for every 6 days on duty to a max. of 4. Example: out 3 weeks - 3 days at home, out 4 weeks, 4 days at home.

Hiring Requirements:
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Has ONE (1) YEAR verifiable, over the road driving experience in a tractor-trailer unit.
• No serious moving violations in the past 3 years and no more than 2 non-serious moving violations within the past year. No more than 3 total within the past 3 years.
• Has no more than 2 preventable, no reportable accidents within the past 3 years.
• Experience with temperature-controlled cargo, such as meat and produce, is preferred.
