Alight Solutions Claims Operations Process Associate : Exp : 2- 5 yrs II Analyst : 5 - 8 yrs I Gurugram.

Date : Tuesday , 22nd April '25
Time : 11.00 AM - 4.00 PM
Venue : Alight Services India Pvt. Ltd,10th Floor, DLF Cyber Greens, Building 7A & 7 B, Tower D & E, Gurgaon 122002. Near DLF Phase 3 Metro station.
Pls carry an ID proof (Security check) and hard copy of your resume. Entry will not be allowed else.
Candidates who meet the following criteria will only be considered for this Walk-in
• Claims Process experience is mandatory. Excellent Communication skills.
• Immediate Joiners - 15 days notice period
• Exp in Claims process with International Process in Backend/Non Voice/Blended or Voice.
• Candidates with exp in Leave of absence process (US) with understanding of disability claims etc. will be preferred.
• Willing to work 5 days from office. Flexible on shift timings
• Pls do not attend incase you have attended interview in last 1 month for same role .
• Last entry - 4.00 pm

Job Title : Associate /Analyst - Claims Ops
Location : Gurugram
Shift Timing : Day shift (should be flexible on shift hours)
5 Days work from office
Overall Summary
An Associate /Analyst is responsible for ensuring we deliver timely and accurate information to all participants. Associate/Analyst should identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommend solutions. Should work with the Leads and others to resolve participant issues.
• Understands and contributes positively to meeting client SLAs, Pgs.
• Maintain internal & client defined quality scores.
• Ability to prioritize work continually and produce a significant volume of work efficiently within performance standards.
• Ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups and follow SOPs.
• Articulate complex client plans and provisions in a simplified and understandable manner to take an informed decision.
• Helps in identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommends solutions and executes.
• Work with leads to ensure delivery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Take complete ownership of self-learning & development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
• Able to practice logical reasoning and critical thinking.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelors degree in BCom, B.A, BBA (No Full time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed).
• Associate- 2-5 years , Analyst : 5 - 8 years of work experience in Insurance Claims/Leave Claims and Backend Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office, Excel)
• Good analytical skills & attention to detail.
