Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Service Manager to oversee branch-level service operations, documentation, administrative activities, and claims handling.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage branch documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
• Handle day-to-day operational and administrative activities
• Prepare reports, MIS, and operational statements
• Manage claims operations for the branch location
• Process claim files and maintain accurate records
• Handle customer queries related to claims and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure regular follow-ups and coordination for claim processing
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Basic knowledge of claims processing and insurance documentation
• Good understanding of branch operations and administrative processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
