Job Title site supervisor site engineer Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing daily construction activities on-site to ensure that projects are completed safely on time and within budget This role involves coordinating workers subcontractors and materials while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Supervise daily operations on the construction site ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to project timelines Team Management Lead and manage construction crews and subcontractors fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Quality Control Inspect work to ensure it meets the required standards specifications and safety regulations Safety Enforcement Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures conducting regular safety meetings and site inspections Scheduling Develop and manage project schedules coordinating work activities and resources to maintain productivity Problem Solving Identify issues and challenges that arise during construction and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track Reporting Provide regular progress updates to project managers highlighting any concerns or delays and suggesting corrective actions Documentation Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and any changes to the project scope Inspections Conduct routine inspections of the site to monitor compliance with plans specifications and safety standards Coordination Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to resolve design and construction-related issues Qualifications Education Diploma in civil Engineering Construction Bachelor degree Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
