This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 6 years of experience, who are eager to contribute to exciting development projects.**TO APPLY VISIT BHADANIS QUANTITY SURVEYING WEBSITE**Key Responsibilities:1. Project Supervision: Monitor construction activities daily, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards, and report any issues to senior management.2. Team Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure that all team members are informed of project requirements and timelines.3. Site Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel, addressing any risks or hazards promptly.4. Material Management: Track and manage the supply of materials needed for construction, ensuring that all resources are available on time to avoid delays in the project.5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work progress, daily logs, and any incidents on-site to ensure accountability and transparency throughout the construction process.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with various stakeholders. Candidates should exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
