Join Our Team – Civil Labourers & Roller Operators Wanted!
We’re currently seeking Civil Labourers and Roller Operators to join our team for a major project based in Western Sydney. If you're hardworking, reliable, and ready to get started, we want to hear from you!
What’s on Offer:
Monday to Friday work, with Saturdays as required
Onsite parking available
Immediate starts with both short-term and ongoing roles
Supportive and safety-focused team environment
Your Responsibilities:
Perform general civil labouring duties
Use of hand and power tools
Assist and spot machinery and plant operations
Work effectively in a team and independently
Operate rollers (if appropriately ticketed)
What You’ll Need:
Valid Construction White Card
Full Australian working rights
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Minimum 6 months experience in civil construction
RII Roller ticket – preferred but not essential
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
