• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Organizing materials and maintaining site safety and cleanliness
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring availability of necessary materials and tools
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for project improvement
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as needed
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans
- Creating work schedules and communicating adjustments to crew members and clients
- Compiling reports, gathering data, and delivering presentations to stakeholders
- Delegating tasks, scheduling meetings, and conducting training sessions
- Ensuring quality assurance and providing feedback to the team
• *Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
- 2 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Additional certificates or licenses may be necessary
- Proficiency in engineering, construction, and site management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to site operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Educational Qualification: B. E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
