The Opportunity
We’re growing and currently have exciting opportunities for new team members to join our field crews. These are permanent full-time positions offering a competitive pay package, including regular overtime and long-term job security.
Your responsibilities may include:
General labouring, including site prep and on-site support
Operating cutting-edge plant and equipment in pipeline renewal (cleaning, CCTV assessments, pipe lining, junction cutting/sealing, and flow management)
Minor civil works such as pit/manhole rehabilitation (including protective coatings)
We welcome applicants from all experience levels. You may come from:
Pipe maintenance (cleaning, pipe lining, CCTV inspection, plumbing)
Civil construction
Water or wastewater infrastructure
Or you might be new to the industry — either way, we’re ready to invest in your training and development!
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Driver’s Licence
White Card (OHS Construction Induction)
Ability to work across Greater Sydney
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first attitude
Bonus points if you hold an HR or MR licence, or qualifications in confined space entry or working at heights (but these are not essential)
To ensure you're fit for the role, you’ll need to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing. These roles may involve entry into confined spaces, but don’t worry, we’ll provide all the certified training you need.
