Job Description
Job Title / Designation: Team Leader
Department / Function: Engineering – Civil
Responsibilities
• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Setting clear team goals
• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
• Oversee day-to-day works of the team members
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members· Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Suggest and organize team building activities
• BIM Modelling and drawing extraction· To develop concept ideas into drawing details
• Drawing or detail production from engineering sketches or calculations
• To make sure drawing production follows company standards
• Reviewing model/drawings to check compliance with design
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of model or drawing to agreed project programs with quality
• Taking ownership of the model or drawing of the team members Knowledge sharing with subordinates
• Develop BIM models for architectural services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
• Preparation of Architectural BIM Models with various level of detailing.
• Strong knowledge in architectural design and detailed drawings.
• Ability to generate various Architectural layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
• To create 3D views or renderings.
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
• Responsible to assist the BIM Manager
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work done by Team members
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):
• Team Handling ability
• Very good Knowledge in Revit, Autocad and Naviswork software
• Strong knowledge in creating parametric families
• Model the entire service/ system independently
• Understand and work ad per BIM manual/ project standards
• Effective communication in English
• Strong Technical knowledge in all Architectural / Civil services
• Strong knowledge in MS office
• Good knowledge in using BIM 360.
Technical Ability:
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
• Strong knowledge in Revit Architect
• Knowledge in BIM related works
Qualifications:-
Education & Experience Requirement:
Minimum – Graduate in Civil with more than 3 plus years of experience in Team Handling with hands on experience in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Preferred – Experience in Western Country Projects and Gulf Country Projects.
Trainings & Certifications: AutoCAD / Revit / Navisworks / BIM 360
