Antara Assisted care is seeking a dedicated and experienced City Head of Operations to oversee and manage our senior care homes services in Bangalore. The City Head will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care andservices for our residents and clients.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the senior care home services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to residents and clients.Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services providedLead and manage teams.Collaborate with the healthcare team todevelop individualized care plans for residents and clients, ensuring their physical, emotional,and social well-being.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and company policies in all operational aspects.Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize efficiency, and enhance the overall resident and client experience. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement. Liaises with departments for smooth running of the facility.Good knowledge if P and L.Qualifications:-Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or related field; Masters degree preferred.Proven experience in Hospital operations and management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
