Job Description

City Head - Corporate Leasing for a leading Commercial Real Estate Developer in Hyderabad.

Role :
• Heading the Commercial Leasing of Office space / Business parks for Hyderabad location.
• Strategizing, negotiating and executing commercial transactions.
• Evaluation of lease offers, negotiating terms & rentals, and deal closure.

Desired Profile
• 15 to 18 years of sales experience, out of which last 3-5 years into office leasing / IT parks leasing / co-working space.
• Must have experience in commercial real estate
• Prefer candidates who are currently drawing between 25L to 35L.
