Job Description
• Responsible for the sustainable and profitable growth of Offline & Online business in my city/cluster, by satisfying customers at all user journey touchpoints.
• Owns the digital performances across all local omni touchpoints by adapting the national strategies as per local needs to guarantee business growth.
• This key role bridges city-specific/local customer insights with national marketing strategies animates impactful campaigns, and fosters growth for priority sports and initiatives.
• They adapt the city’s commercial policy with the country's marketing strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to collaborate campaigns and strategies.
• They are co-responsible along with the Marcom team for the city marketing investments & ROI and acts as the primary and single Point of Contact between local stores and marketing teams, ensuring effective campaign execution.
As a DIGITAL REFERENT
• I define the strategies to boost my local online sports business
• I write the digital project of the city to know the growth levers in the city for today and tomorrow to know concrete strategies necessary for success in India.
• I deliver, support and follow up weekly digital performance and co define actions which allow us to win the local digital project.
• I own my city & cluster digital PnL which helps me develop a healthy business model which fosters growth for my region.
• I own & follow the city digital business model and monitor its performances of key metrics (Traffic, Conversion, ABV, Returns & Cancellations,transport cost..) across all local digital activities/initiatives to ensure comparable growth in sales and profitability.
• I analyze the online sports competitors and trend setters in my city to identify market insights and define customer promises.
