Bharti Airtel has over 400+ million customers across its operations.Work Location- Jaipur, RajasthanDesignation - Assistant ManagerWork Experience- 5-7 years.List of Activities required to be executed by the Legal team wrt Tower Businessand evaluate all necessary documents mandatory to substantiate the ownership of the property owner over the premise proposed for installation of mobile tower;diligence of such documents referred herein above i.e., provided by the landlord & received from site acquisition team;and execute lease / license agreement for installation of tower;and expedite site execution of all cases where RFI has been done;and update MIS of all such agreements and keep the physical copies in safe custody for all future requirements and reporting;and submit replies to legal notices / notices sent by landlords / Municipalities / Tehsildar's office / gram panchayats or any other statutory authority with regard to issues related to towers including land conversion issue etc.and appropriately represent the company before suchMunicipalities / Tehsildar's office / gram panchayats or any other statutory authority, if the same may be required in the interest of company.timely compliance or resolution of matters related to land conversion issues.other miscellaneous legal contracts related to mobile towers like agreement with O&M vendors, equipment warehouse, security, etc.;vet the contracts as per company requirements;ensure compliance of all processes and procedures with local Laws, Statutes, Regulations, etc while drafting / vetting agreements / contracts.the legal compliances related to tower installation and report them to the circle as well as the central legal team.tower related litigations, engage with Company Counsels for the same.comments for the Counsel wrt litigations by engaging with the concerned cross functional team members;track of litigations and their status and ensure that Company's interest is safeguarded at all times;with all required Govt Departments / Agencies involved for Compliances etc.with the other industry members for joint representations before the State and any other department as and when required;and strive for resolution of disputes thru Courts by ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner;keep all the stakeholders updated with development / amendments in relevant laws / regulations, etc with regard to mobile towers and ensure compliance of all such relevant laws; andadvise internal customers on various legal requirements.police complaint / FIR for issues related to Mobile Towers, if required, to safeguard the interest of company and to liaison with Police Officials wrt to such complaints / FIR.
