Job Title: Cinematographer Social Media Manager

Location: Sonipat, Haryana

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Cinematographer Social Media Manager to enhance our brand's digital presence through compelling visual storytelling and strategic social media management. The ideal candidate will be adept at content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Management
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize official profiles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.

Content Creation Scheduling
• Produce high-quality visual content, including videos and graphics, aligned with company themes such as Bus Dispatch, Plant Tours, Customer Feedback, Operations Logistics, Safety Guidelines, Quality USPs, Informational Content, and Product Promotions.
• Plan and schedule two posts and two reels per week on each platform, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.

Community Engagement
• Monitor social media channels for audience interactions, comments, and feedback.
• Engage with followers to foster a sense of community, address inquiries, and encourage product interest.

Analytics Reporting
• Track and analyze key performance metrics across all platforms.
• Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations to optimize strategy and maximize ROI.

Trend Monitoring Adaptation
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Adapt strategies to leverage new features and trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Qualifications Skills:
• Proven experience in social media management and cinematography/video production.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
