Mandatory Working Experience in Tire Assembly & Curing area (i.e. Tire Building , Curing & Inspection line

etc)

 Able to Understand Mechanical and Plant Safety Standards, perform Risk Assessments and ensure

Compliance with Safety Standards .

 Adequate knowledge of the Plant Mechanical Systems and understanding of Maintenance Management

Systems.

 Scheduling, Planning and Executing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of the equipment’s.

 Installation, repairing and maintenance of Mechanical systems, including hydraulic & pneumatic

circuits, various drives , Control / servo valves etc.

 Controlling the Preventive Maintenance Activity, other daily routing activity, assessing and analysis the

daily machine break-down and troubleshooting through different analysis tools such as 5W1H, fishbone,

RCA 10 point approach.

 Required to monitor & perform daily section walk-through/running inspection of the machineries to

identify hidden abnormalities.

 Required to work as a Shift Leader, plan & perform activities to reduce machine downtime & calls and

effective manpower handling during the shift.

 Understand & maintain machine Spare Part Management Systems, Ensuring & maintaining availability of

the critical spares for smooth operation of maintenance Dept.

 Understand Maintenance Management System (CMMS), MTBF, MTTR, Equipment downtime data.

 Able to understand Mechanical Drawings, Circuits & capable to modify the same based on requirement ..

 Exposure to Techno - Commercial activities to develop vendor spare parts.

 Creating and updating of SOPs & OPL for various processes as per requirement.

 Preparing specifications for purchases of Mechanical equipment and materials
