Should have participated in, and be familiar with project methodologies
• Experience in professional services or customer support operations
• 3-6 years ITSM systems and/or implementation experience
• Proven Solutions consulting experience
• Able to lead and participate in Project/ Production support meeting in SNOW and provide any
guidance and take directions to do code development, troubleshooting and evaluate the impact
the code migrations and interdependencies with smooth path to production
• ServiceNow Certification such as ITIL v3 Foundations certification (preferred), Certified
ServiceNow Systems Administrator (preferred) or any other ServiceNow Certifications which
proves the proficient track record working in ServiceNow systems in the past
