Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver individual and group activities that meet residents’ needs
Encourage social interaction and participation, and document activity outcomes
Maintain activity supplies and monthly activity schedules
Follow health and safety requirements and report incidents
Work collboratively with the care team to improve the activity programme
Key Attributes
Compassionate and empathetic toward older people
Confident facilitating group activities with good communication skills
Friendly, professional, and a supportive team member
Willing to learn, follow guidance, and show leadership when needed
Hours of work: Sun to Thurs from 1030-1630
