Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant

SPINEGUYS Chiropractic, Massage & Laser is a busy, patient-focused healthcare clinic dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team.

What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits our clinic. Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments using our computerized office system (ChiroSUITE)
Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with new patient orientation and onboarding
Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and comfortable clinic environment
Supporting our healthcare team with various administrative duties
No chiropractic or ChiroSUITE experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare environment
Able to adapt quickly as clinic priorities change throughout the day
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
A dependable team player with a positive attitude
Schedule
28-32 hours per week over 3-4 days:
Tuesday: Full day
Wednesday: Afternoon to early evening
Friday: Full day
Saturday (3 per month): Morning to early afternoon
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $20.00 per hour
Hourly incentive bonus program available after successful completion of the probationary period. (average $5/hour)
