What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in Patient Care: Work alongside the chiropractor to provide exceptional care and support to our patients.
Be a Welcoming Face: Greet patients with a warm smile and create a positive, friendly atmosphere.
Manage the Flow: Schedule appointments, process payments, and keep patient records organized and up-to-date.
Empower Patients: Educate patients on their personalized health plans and guide them through exercises for at-home care.
Handle the Details: Take care of billing, scheduling, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Keep Things Sparkling: Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting clinic environment.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!
Familiarity with health terminology? Great!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you love connecting with people.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities – you're a master of efficiency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – you can juggle tasks like a pro.
Computer skills – navigating the digital world is second nature to you.

Please note: the position is a part time position. The successful candidate will have work hours on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Starting time is at 7am until 12 noon and 1:30 pm until 6:15pm. Extra hours will be required on occasion (bi-weekly) for team meetings and team training and 1-2 times per year for educational seminars.
