This is a unique role that combines hands-on chiropractic assisting with community outreach, event planning, and practice growth initiatives. In the role, you will be:
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for all patients and visitors
Assisting with patient intake, record keeping, and building out patient files including scan reports and x-ray marking
Working closely with the Doctors to process new patients and progress examinations
Utilizing CLA Insight technology to perform neurological testing
Supporting patient outcomes by monitoring care plans and following up on patient progress
Building close relationships with patients as a support person on their team, offering encouragement and answering questions
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that feels safe and comfortable
Leading and coordinating community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and grow The Den’s presence locally
Representing The Den at community events, health fairs, markets, and networking opportunities
Developing relationships with local businesses, schools, daycares, and wellness practitioners for cross promotional opportunities
Planning, organizing, and helping host workshops, educational events, and in office experiences for patients and the broader community
Managing outreach calendars, tracking engagement, and bringing fresh ideas for expanding community impact
Embodying our commitment to holistic living and promoting wellness practices within and outside the office
Experience Preferred:
Experience working the front desk or as a patient coordinator in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, dental, or other healthcare or wellness clinic
Familiarity with Jane App, or similar practice management software like Cliniko or ChiroTouch, for scheduling and patient records
Background in a customer facing, relationship driven role such as hospitality, retail, or membership sales, where building trust quickly is part of the job
Experience planning or coordinating events, workshops, or pop up activations, ideally with local businesses, schools, or community partners
Comfort managing a marketing or outreach calendar and tracking engagement across community touchpoints, whether that’s through social media, email, or in person tracking
Experience working with children in a professional setting such as childcare, coaching, tutoring, or pediatric care
A personal interest or background in holistic health, wellness, or fitness that makes it easy to speak authentically about The Den’s approach

The Details:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (8 hour days)
Very occasional evening or weekend events as needed, with at least 2 months notice given
Starting wage of $22 per hour
