Job Description
Location: Calgary, AB (In-person)
Hours: 36–40 hours per week (Monday–Thursday; additional admin hours on Fridays)
Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and education)

Schedule (Please review before applying):
Monday: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM; 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Tuesday: 3:00 PM–5:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM; 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM–10:00 AM; 3:00 PM–5:30 PM
Additional administrative hours Monday–Friday, flexible and varying week to week before and after above hours
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High energy, outgoing personality, and a huge heart
Ability to laugh, cry, grieve, and celebrate with our patients
Comfortable engaging with patients of all ages, including holding babies and entertaining toddlers
Passion for health and wellness
Strong computer skills; experience with social media and marketing a bonus
Quick learner, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Experience or education in Kinesiology highly recommended
Background in chiropractic or health/wellness is an asset
Punctual, reliable, and able to commute to Calgary (local candidates preferred)
What You’ll Do
Work closely with the Chiropractor to care for patients
Assist with examinations and educate patients on stretches, exercises, and wellness
Explain chiropractic, health, and lifestyle recommendations to patients
Note-taking, data entry, and record maintenance
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
Maintain the office website and post to social media, monitoring online presence
Keep the office organized and professional
Many other tasks to serve our patients to the best of your ability
Requirements
High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset
Customer service experience preferred
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask in a busy office
