Job Description
Maintain low & High pressure trip of chiller, Oil failure trip, freeze stat, Proof of flow, starter trip.
• Handle Commissioning of the chillers and Heat Pump, attain breakdown of the Central Air-conditioning plants and HVAC equipment.
• Prevent Chiller from Low & High suction pressure & Discharge Pressure, Noisy Compressor, Insufficient cooling, Compressor over current trip, Compressor high pressure trip, Insufficient cooling.
• Installed operated and maintained air conditioning and refrigeration equipment including compressor , pumps , evaporators , expansion valves, solenoid valve control and related equipments.
• Thorough knowledge of Chiller plant operation, Delta T issues and plant performance.
• Monitor and Execution of PM activities for AMC and Warranty Installation.
• Control resources such as manpower, material to achieve an effective control on the work front.
• Collection & monitoring of receivables for various contracts. Complaint Management: Ensuring the proper logging of complains in given system and reviewing the pending complaints.
• Analysis the operating faults, fouling of heat exchanger, Problem in Hot & Cold circuit fluid, Electric devices faults such as relay coil and electric.
• Conduct Safety and Site audits to check and ensure the plant in operation is in healthy condition and works are carried out in a safe manner.
• Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction index by continuously meeting commitments for quality standards.
• Generating Spares enquiries, Negotiation and Finalizing of orders and follow up delivery of received orders.
• Generating retrofit jobs enquiry such chiller and other HVAC equipment replacement.
• Adroitly handle team of Technicians & Operators.
• Creating new plans for smooth working.
• Attending meetings with seniors regarding work efficiency and finding ideas.
• Ensure reconciliation of database on a monthly basis & Inventory control of mandatory spares.
• Ability to train & develop the Operator/Technician team for basic operations.
• Extension knowledge of large critical HVAC systems including cooloing towers ,chillers system , clear air filtration system, water treatment , direct digital control system for HVAC and troubleshooting such.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
