Operations Lead Strategy & Growth D2C Global Wellness Brand (US Market)
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: New York hours (IST: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM )

About the Role
We are looking for a high-caliber Operations Lead with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities to drive both strategy and operations across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in top-tier consulting or similarly rigorous environments .
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
• Lead supply chain & logistics , including coordination with customs agents
• Drive inventory forecasting & stock planning
• Oversee customer support operations and improve processes
• Collaborate with India-based developers & operations teams
• Improve website conversion and user experience
• Act as a cross-functional leader driving operational excellence
✅ Requirements
• Experience in top-tier consulting firms or high-performance environments preferred
• Strong background in operations / supply chain / business management
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a lean environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
