As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for the entire marketing strategy and operations of the company. You are expected to build and lead the marketing team, set the goals and objectives of the marketing department. You will own the conceptualization, designing the marketing campaigns and execute them with clearly defined timelines. You will own the budget and allocate it among different channels of marketing too based on the approach. You will work closely with OEMs and align the strategy towards achieving the goals. You will be responsible for coordinating the marketing plans along with other departments of the company.

· Required Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities:
• Set marketing goals and objectives.
• Plan, implement and manage marketing, content and communication strategy.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Review and manage content marketing strategy.
• Determine KPIs for the marketing department.
• Keep the marketing budget in check.
• Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.
• Work with sales and development and customer success teams.
• Present in various public forums, conferences to improve branding of the Organization.
• Work with group companies, internal business ventures to synergize execution.
• Be the public face of the company and build and the brand of the company.
• Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.
• Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
• Analyze companys marketing strategy and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Attend marketing conferences, training and educational programs.
• Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns including physical events.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners to improve and complement the functioning company.
• Build the company’s PR and choose the optimal modes of communication.
• Identification of trends and insights for the digital marketing campaigns and optimal spending on the insights.
• Build and develop the marketing team.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital technologies, technology, or other related fields.
• A masters in degree in marketing or management would be a plus.
• Experience as a CMO or senior marketing professional with excellent marketing campaign results.
• 10+ years of experience as a marketing professional.
• Hands on experience in developing and implementing digital and non-digital marketing strategies.
• Leadership skills in a constantly evolving environment.
• Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organization skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to motivate the marketing team from time to time and ensure continuous growth.
• Ability to work efficiently maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Goal oriented and customer oriented.
• Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.
• Ability to attention to detail along with a creative mind.
• Understanding of the inter-relationship different business disciplines.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Have the ability to experiment different strategies and think out of the box.
• Experience in past jobs to optimize landing pages and user funnels.
• A/B and multivariate experiments knowledge.
• Hands on experience of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.) and advertisement serving tools (DART, Atlas, etc).
• Ability to understand and cater to the needs of customers and discover the potential markets for the company.
• Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure meeting deadlines.
