Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the company’s goals and market dynamics.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations and ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and growth.
Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to advance the company’s mission.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within a relevant industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and business management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage change effectively.
Salary:
Hourly Range: AUD 100 - AUD 200
