Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the interior design firm. The CEO will oversee business development, client relationships, financial performance, brand positioning, and team leadership while ensuring the company delivers innovative, high-quality interior design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
Identify new market opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury interior segments.
Drive innovation in design services, project delivery, and customer experience.
2. Business Development
Lead business expansion and revenue growth initiatives.
Build relationships with key clients, architects, developers, and contractors.
Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations.
3. Financial Management
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue targets.
Monitor company profitability, project margins, and cost control.
Ensure financial sustainability and investment planning.
4. Operations & Project Oversight
Ensure efficient project execution from concept to completion.
Establish processes for design development, procurement, and project management.
Maintain quality standards across all interior projects.
5. Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing team of designers, architects, project managers, and support staff.
Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Oversee hiring, performance management, and leadership development.
6. Brand & Market Positioning
Strengthen the company’s brand presence in the interior design industry.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Oversee marketing, PR, and portfolio development.
7. Client Experience
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Handle key client engagements and high-value projects.

Required Qualifications
Degree in Interior Design/Architecture/Civil/Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or design-led businesses.
Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership or management roles.
Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
