Chief Engineer Process and Engineering Quality

The Chief Engineer for Process and Engineering Quality will be responsible for developing and ensuring adherence to processes which deliver world class standards of engineering rigour and quality within Hero Vehicle Engineering & Development.They will seek out new ways to improve the efficiency and RFT of the department and work with stakeholders, internal and external to put these initiatives in place.They will work with the technical and project management leaders in the department to jointly develop and agree new procedures.Key Responsibilities
• Update the HEG & SOP document control system.
• Support and track the creation of new HEGs and SOPs
• Ensure all HEGs and SOPs are updated with latest best practice and lessons learnt
• Identify areas where new HEGs and SOPs are required, agree with HOD and HOS.
