Meet weekly with the Chief Executive Officer to discuss priorities, challenges, opportunities, and divisional progress
Take ownership of PromisePages by setting direction, solving problems, making thoughtful decisions, and driving measurable progress
Communicate regularly with Senior Directors, Directors, and direct reports, ensuring every team member feels informed, supported, connected, and empowered
Follow through on commitments while modeling accountability, collaboration, integrity, professionalism, and servant leadership
Recruit, develop, recognize, and retain talented volunteers while building a healthy, inclusive, and mission-driven culture
Foster strong collaboration across all MAP divisions to advance shared organizational goals
