We are looking for a Chief Automation Engineer .NET (C#) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the automated testing efforts and drive the development of innovative testing strategies and frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the setup and execution of automated testing strategies for different domains and projects
• Drive the development of innovative testing frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products
• Apply design patterns and clean code principles to build robust testing frameworks from scratch
• Provide expertise in Rest API automation tools and propose automation solutions based on architecture specifics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of test engineering initiatives
• Engage in Agile Practices, including SAFE and Scrum, to drive the efficient delivery of software products
• Demonstrate proactive leadership in architecture engagement and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ensure code quality and adherence to testing best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation and engineering best practices

REQUIREMENTS
• 11 to 13 years of experience in IT with a primary focus on Automated Testing
• Proven experience in defining and implementing test automation strategies across various domains and projects
• Expertise in Test Automation, including frameworks, tools, and approaches, with a preference for Selenium and familiarity with Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, BDD, and Appium
• Proficiency in C# programming and hands-on experience in developing frameworks from scratch, applying Design Patterns, and adhering to SOLID Principles
• In-depth understanding of architecture and the ability to propose automation solutions based on architectural specifics
• Knowledge of Rest API automation tools such as Rest Assured and Http Client, providing an added advantage
• Solid background in designing and implementing external services integrations using REST/SOAP, microservices, ESB, and SOA
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle software development processes, including Scrum and RUP
• Deep expertise in web application and web services architectures, relational and non-relational data storage, and cross-cutting concerns such as security, monitoring, and caching
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven and Gradle, as well as continuous integration and deployment tools like Azure DevOps and Jenkins
• Proactive approach and leadership in architecture engagement, coupled with strong communication skills
