Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to join our executive team and lead our accounting and financial reporting functions
The CAO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the financial strategy of the company and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting processes
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
