Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook complete Thai meals including traditional E-Sarn (Northeastern Thai) dishes
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Manage inventory and food cost control
Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations
Plan menus and create new seasonal or promotional dishes
Train staff in cooking techniques, kitchen procedures, and hygiene standards

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in Thai or Southeast Asian cuisine
Knowledge of traditional E-Sarn dishes is an asset
Completion of secondary school or equivalent
Culinary diploma/certification preferred but not required if experience is strong
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
