Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, passionate and guest-focused Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our ******** fine dining restaurant in Breckenridge.
In addition to managing an assigned kitchen station, the Chef de Partie will play an integral role in delivering the complete tasting menu experience to guests. This position bridges the gap between the kitchen and dining room, with chefs expected to personally present dishes, explain ingredients and techniques, and share the story behind each course.
The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled in the kitchen but also confident, personable and passionate about creating meaningful guest interactions.
