Positions Available
Chef de Partie- $78,145 + super + overtime pay if required
Demi Chef - $72,450 + super + overtime pay if required
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in a high-end or fine dining kitchen
Solid technical skills, strong on prep and service
Confidence working with seasonal produce and modern techniques
Cool under pressure with great communication skills
Available nights and weekends
Full Australian working rights
Who You Are
Obsessed with quality ingredients and plated perfection
Reliable, professional, and hungry to learn
Positive team player with strong attention to detail
Well-groomed, punctual, and kitchen-proud
