Chef and Operations Coordinator

Ambros World Foods is looking for a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen operations across multiple outlets in India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen management, from recipe execution to food costing and inventory tracking.
Main Tasks:
• Implement and manage standardized recipes and menu items across all outlets.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
• Develop and maintain efficient kitchen workflows, minimizing waste and optimizing productivity.
• Lead training sessions for kitchen staff, promoting best practices and company values.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
• Proven expertise in food costing, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
