PINUP Global in currently looking for an Online Chat Operator with knowledge of
English and Hindi.

English and Hindi – good knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities:

Answer clients' inquiries via online chat in India
Assist customers regarding website usability
Solve customers' issues that they may face during their client’s experience
Build long-term relationships with Clients
Provide clients with current information on current offers/promotions of the company
