Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Candidates will handle customer queries through chat and messaging platforms while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities -
Respond to customer queries through chat support.
Provide accurate and timely information.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain chat quality and response time.
Update customer records and maintain proper documentation.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Eligibility criteria -
Minimum qualification: 12th pass, graduate, or diploma.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good written communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Personal laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection are required.
Required skills -
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong written communication.
Customer service orientation.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹15,020.02 - ₹32,528.45 per month
