Responsibilities: Chat & Email Support II Customer Service
• Communicate with customers through live chat or email to answer questions
• Help solve problems and troubleshoot.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Must have decent typing speed (at least 20 WPM)
