· All processes are Voice , non-voice and Blended Process

· You will be interacting with clients and customers using computers and internet extensively

· Would be working on web-based applications

· Would be viewing and capturing details on system

What we expect from you

· Graduate / Post-graduate BBM, BBA, BA, MBA, B com, M com graduates and Post Graduates with no back logs.

Note: BE, B Tech, MSc, BCA, BSc IT etc. (2021-2026 pass outs) Graduation & PG

· Should have copies of all semester original marks sheets

· Work experience should be 0-1 years. For experienced candidates, preferred work experience
should be from an international BPO / KPO

· Good communication and Analytical skills

· Proficiency in tools such as MS Word and Excel

· Ability to work collaboratively in teams; along with turning around work of professional quality within set deadlines
· Your Aadhar card must be updated with your active phone number

Protocols to be followed:

· Candidate must be fully vaccinate and should carry vaccination certificate along with the resume
