Our client is a fast growing Award winning Developer in Mumbai with many Projects across Mumbai.
The role reports to the CFO of the Company.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant with 2-8 years of experience, located in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring tax compliance, and providing strategic financial advice. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant with 2-8 Years of Experience, prefereably in a Real Estate Company.
• Experience in Financial Statements, Auditing, and Accounting
• Proficiency in Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting
• Skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Experience in real estate industry is a plus
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
